NEOULSOLUTION (represented by Woonki Moon, "we") provides the 'MindSprouting' app (the "app") and has prepared this Privacy Policy to explain transparently how information is handled and protected.
A child profile name and age entered by a parent or educator, together with card assessment results (heart ratings), are stored only on the user's device to provide app features. This information is not transmitted to our servers, Firebase, RevenueCat, or the image server.
If device backup is turned on (iCloud Backup or Google account backup), this information may be included in the operating system's backup and stored in the user's Apple or Google account. These backups are managed by Apple or Google within the user's account, and we cannot access them.
Stored child profiles and their associated assessment results can be removed by deleting the child from the app's Settings screen, and all of it is removed from the device when the app is deleted.

Premium is a one-time purchase, and payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We use RevenueCat to verify and restore purchases. RevenueCat may process an anonymous user identifier generated by the app, purchase history (product and transaction details), device information (the IDFV on iOS, operating system, language, and store country), and records of when the purchase screen was shown.
We do not directly collect or store payment method information such as credit card numbers or bank account details.
Card images are delivered from a remote image server. When an image is requested, the server or hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process standard network information such as an IP address and request headers. Child profile information and assessment results are not included in these requests.
While the app is in use, the following information is transmitted over the network to and stored by providers outside the user's country:
If you do not want this transfer, you can refuse it by deleting the app. In that case, you will not be able to use the app.
You may ask us to access, correct, delete, or stop processing your personal information by emailing the contact below. Because we do not receive names or contact details, the information held by Analytics, Crashlytics, and RevenueCat alone generally does not let us identify a specific user. We will handle requests to the extent we can verify them.
Deleting the app removes all information stored on the device, and reinstalling it creates a new app-instance identifier and anonymous user identifier.
The app is intended for parents or educators to use together with children. The app does not ask children to provide contact information such as an email address, phone number, or street address. Child profile information is entered and managed on the device by a parent or educator.
If this Privacy Policy changes, users will be notified through an in-app notice or another reasonable method.
